Dr Anton Garrett - I'm 67 and was brought up secular in Greater Manchester. I became a theoretical physics researcher at Cambridge and two other universities; I still write papers. In 1990 I became a committed Christian. I went to my local village Anglican church, and was surprised that the people there regarded it as merely an accident of history that, after 2000 years, the Jews were back in the land where more than half of the Bible was written. Eventually I realised that there were unfulfilled prophecies about Israel in the Old Testament as well as the New.
