Yom Kippur begins at sunset on Sunday 20th and ends at sunset on Monday 21st; known as the Day of Atonement. It is the holiest day in the Jewish calendar.

This is a 25 hour solemn fast day, during which Jewish people pray, seek forgiveness and a fresh start with both G-d and their fellows.
