Our outreach team may not share too much about the work they are doing, but they value our prayers as God opens people up to receiving His love. Here we are excited to share one young woman’s revelation as she studies the Scriptures.

One of our outreach team has been doing a regular discipleship Bible study with a young Jewish woman. Recently, they looked together at:

Ephesians 2:8-9 God saved you by His grace when you believed. And you can’t take credit for this; it is a gift from God. Salvation is not a reward for the good things we have done, so none of us can boast about it.

Suddenly, the penny dropped for her about grace!

She said, “You mean that we are allowed to go free, that we don’t have to worry about every little thing we do?” She then sat there with mouth open for about five minutes and eventually said, "But that’s really good news!"

"Funnily enough," I replied, "that’s what we call it!"
